Personal training can help you no matter what your goals are. Whether it be fat loss, improving flexibility, building muscle, improving sporting performance, preparing for an event or competition, recovering from injury or just generally becoming fitter and stronger.
I pride myself on providing high-quality personal training sessions for my clients. We will always prioritise good technique and training practices and I will help you to understand why we’re training the way we are. As well as pushing you past your limits and building your training confidence, sessions are always friendly and fun!
I also provide small group personal training and Illness or Injury Rehabilitation.
